The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply to all legal relationships.<\/p>\n\n <h2>2. Service Description<\/h2>\n <p>DIZON provides digital certificates of authenticity based on blockchain technology that enable:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Creation of tamper-proof digital certificates on the Ethereum blockchain<\/li>\n <li>Unique QR codes for physical integration<\/li>\n <li>Verification of authenticity via blockchain<\/li>\n <li>Digital management dashboard<\/li>\n <li>Ownership transfer documentation<\/li>\n <li>Provision of additional information via QR codes<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>3. Contract Formation and Prices<\/h2>\n <p>A contract is formed when you place an order and we confirm acceptance. Current prices are displayed on our website and include applicable VAT where required under Cypriot law.<\/p>\n <p>Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.<\/p>\n\n <h2>4. Digital Content and Blockchain<\/h2>\n <p>By purchasing our services, you receive:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>A digital certificate of authenticity on the Ethereum blockchain<\/li>\n <li>Access to the DIZON dashboard for management<\/li>\n <li>Ability to provide public information via QR codes<\/li>\n <li>Technical support for integration<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>You acknowledge that blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted.<\/p>\n\n <h2>5. User Obligations<\/h2>\n <p>Users are obligated to:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Provide accurate information about their artworks<\/li>\n <li>Use certificates only for legitimate artworks they own<\/li>\n <li>Not misuse the service for fraudulent purposes<\/li>\n <li>Maintain the security of their account credentials<\/li>\n <li>Notify us of any unauthorized use<\/li>\n <li>Be responsible for provided QR code information<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n <p>All intellectual property rights in the DIZON platform, including software, design, and trademarks, remain with Sol Trader.<\/p>\n <p>Users retain ownership of their artwork information but grant us necessary rights to provide the certificate service.<\/p>\n\n <h2>7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n <p>Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Cypriot law. We are not liable for:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Authenticity claims that prove incorrect due to user misrepresentation<\/li>\n <li>Technical issues beyond our control<\/li>\n <li>Indirect damages or consequential losses<\/li>\n <li>Loss of data due to user negligence<\/li>\n <li>Blockchain network failures or changes<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/h2>\n <p>Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal<\/li>\n <li>Services fully performed before you exercise your right of withdrawal<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>9. Data Protection<\/h2>\n <p>We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Cypriot data protection laws. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n <p>Blockchain entries are permanent and cannot be deleted, which users acknowledge when creating certificates.<\/p>\n\n <h2>10. Termination<\/h2>\n <p>Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days‘ notice. Existing certificates remain valid after termination.<\/p>\n <p>We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately for violations of these terms.<\/p>\n\n <h2>11. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n <p>Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts. For EU consumers, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/p>\n <p>We strive to resolve all issues amicably through direct communication before formal proceedings.<\/p>\n\n <h2>12. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n <p>We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with 14 days‘ advance notice to existing users.<\/p>\n <p>Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.<\/p>\n\n <h2>13.
