DIZON Wallet is a self-custody wallet. This means that you—not DIZON—control access to your wallet.

Write down your recovery phrase in the exact order and keep it somewhere safe.

Never share it with anyone. DIZON Support will never ask for it.

If you lose your recovery phrase, DIZON cannot restore access to your wallet.

Why is the recovery phrase important?

Your recovery phrase is the key to restoring your wallet if your phone is lost, damaged or replaced. Anyone who obtains it may be able to control your wallet.

How should I store it?

Write it down on paper and keep it in a secure private location. Do not send it by email, enter it on a website or share it with another person.
