1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sol Trader and users of the DIZON service for creating digital certificates of authenticity for artworks and collectibles.

By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply to all legal relationships.

2. Service Description

DIZON provides digital certificates of authenticity based on blockchain technology that enable:

• Creation of tamper-proof digital certificates on the Ethereum blockchain
• Unique QR codes for physical integration
• Verification of authenticity via blockchain
• Digital management dashboard
• Ownership transfer documentation
• Provision of additional information via QR codes

3. Contract Formation and Prices

A contract is formed when you place an order and we confirm acceptance. Current prices are displayed on our website and include applicable VAT where required under Cypriot law.

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Digital Content and Blockchain

By purchasing our services, you receive:

• A digital certificate of authenticity on the Ethereum blockchain
• Access to the DIZON dashboard for management
• Ability to provide public information via QR codes
• Technical support for integration

You acknowledge that blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted.

5. User Obligations

Users are obligated to:

• Provide accurate information about their artworks
• Use certificates only for legitimate artworks they own
• Not misuse the service for fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for provided QR code information

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the DIZON platform, including software, design, and trademarks, remain with Sol Trader.

Users retain ownership of their artwork information but grant us necessary rights to provide the certificate service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Cypriot law. We are not liable for:

• Authenticity claims that prove incorrect due to user misrepresentation
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Indirect damages or consequential losses
• Loss of data due to user negligence
• Blockchain network failures or changes

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal
• Services fully performed before you exercise your right of withdrawal

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Cypriot data protection laws. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Blockchain entries are permanent and cannot be deleted, which users acknowledge when creating certificates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days’ notice. Existing certificates remain valid after termination.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately for violations of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts. For EU consumers, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We strive to resolve all issues amicably through direct communication before formal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with 14 days’ advance notice to existing users.

Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Nicosia, Cyprus.
